ABOUT ME

Online therapy shaped by training, curiosity and lived experience.

I’m Roy Graff, a BACP-accredited counsellor and Psychosynthesis therapist working online with individuals and couples. I came to therapy with a curiosity about people, why we think, feel and behave as we do, how our experiences shape us, and why certain patterns can be so difficult to change.

My approach as a Psychosynthesis therapist is grounded in curiosity, collaboration and an understanding of the whole person. The way I work is also informed by a broad range of life experiences. I believe good therapy is about more than theory or technique. It’s about creating a relationship where you can speak openly, explore what’s really going on and feel met as a person rather than analysed as a problem.

I offer online therapy for individuals and couples who may be facing a particular difficulty, navigating change, struggling in their relationships or simply feeling that something in life isn’t quite working. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what the problem is or what you want to change. Often, discovering that is part of the work.

My role isn’t to tell you how to live your life. It’s to help you understand yourself more deeply, recognise the patterns that may be holding you back and create space for different choices to emerge.

Therapy can be challenging, thoughtful, surprising and, at times, even humorous. Above all, I aim to offer a space where you can be honest about where you are and curious about where you might go next.

What you can expect

Therapy with me is open, curious and collaborative. I’m not here to tell you how to live your life or to offer easy answers. Instead, we’ll explore what’s happening for you, make sense of the patterns that may be holding you back, and create space for new perspectives to emerge.

In our online therapy sessions, I bring warmth, honesty and curiosity to our work together, offering a non-judgemental space where you can speak freely, challenge yourself and move at a pace that feels right for you.

If you would prefer an in-person session, I also see clients in-person in South East London.

Reach out

I offer a free initial consultation where we can talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re looking for and whether working together feels like the right fit.
